Product description The DS-2CD6412FWD-C2 960p Network Covert Camera Processor from Hikvision is a compact main processor unit that is compatible with the company's L10, L20, or L30 lenses, enabling close up, discreet surveillance. This base unit can connect to the lenses using a 6.6' or 26.2' cable for multiple installation options. The processor uses a 1/3" progressive-scan CMOS sensor for 1280 x 960 resolution at 30 fps, and it features wide dynamic range as well as 3D-DNR image enhancements. The compatible lens units have 3.7, 2.8, or 4mm focal lengths, producing a 57, 92.5 or 73.1° field of view, depending on the lens you pair the unit with. The camera also comes with built-in analytics, such as line crossing, intrusion detection, motion detection, and network disconnect and tampering alarms. The camera compresses footage using H.264, MPEG4, and M-JPEG formatting, maximizing your bandwidth and storage efficiency. Additionally, video can be streamed in up to three individual streams to further conserve bandwidth usage. A microSD slot supports up to 128GB of on-site recording, or the camera can record remotely to a dedicated NAS. The network is secured with a number of safety features, including user authentication, watermarking, IP address filtering, and anonymous access. There is an integrated RS-485 interface for supporting a PTZ control, and an RS-232 interface allows you to connect the processor to a computer. PoE technology allows you to transfer both data and power over the same Ethernet cable, minimizing the number of cables needed during installation, and the camera also supports a standard 12 VDC power supply for additional versatility. - 1/3" progressive-scan CMOS sensor for up to 1280 x 960 resolution
