Product description The RTH7600D 7-Day Programmable Touchscreen Thermostat from Honeywell provides energy-saving temperature control for your home. It is equipped with a backlit touchscreen display that can be read in the dark. This thermostat offers 7-day temperature programming, along with Smart Response technology to learn your heating/cooling cycles, delivering the ideal temperature at the right time in your space. The auto changeover feature is designed for climates where both air conditioning and heating are used on the same day to ensure that the right temperature is always selected. Furnace filter alerts notify you when it's time to replace your filter. - Compatible with 24V or 750mV heating, cooling, and heat pump systems
- Selectable temperature range stops
- Energy-saving presets for when you wake up, leave your home, return home, and go to sleep
- Temporary and permanent override functionality for presets/programmed schedules
- Auto changeover feature for climates where both air conditioning and heating are used on the same day
- Updates for daylight savings time
- Compressor protection prevents equipment damage by forcing the compressor to wait a few minutes before restarting
- Settings will remain in the event of a power outage
- Includes wall plate, mounting hardware, and wire labels
- Uses two AA batteries (available separately) to provide backup power if thermostat was wired to run on AC power
- Low battery warning for AA batteries
