| Subject: DC315XX doorbell | | Date: 11.05.2023 12:05:43 | Name: Valerie Simpson | | I have one of these doorbells and this morning when the outside button was pressed it rang and kept on ringing until I took the batteries out of the inside link part. When I put the batteries back I could not get the ring tone to restart when I pressed the outside button and all it would do was flash on silent which is no good if it is in the hall and I am in another room. As I do not have an instruction manual to help me whatever I did did not cure the problem. Could you please send me some simple steps as to how to solve this problem. Thank you | | Post reply |
