This doorbell camera features a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication and is IP54-rated to provide dust and water resistance. The camera can capture 1080p video at up to 15 fps. It produces color images in low light, allowing you to keep an eye on your property 24/7.
Download the free SkyBell app for iOS devices to receive alert notifications when the doorbell button is pressed and to customize settings. SkyBell Trim also features a dedicated motion sensor to detect movement near the door and send alerts directly to your phone even if the doorbell button isn't pressed. This SkyBell Trim is compatible with Honeywell Total Connect remote services. - 1080p video at up to 15 fps

I have a Honeywell skybell doorbell
I click on watch live. Green light comes on saying on line
The camera or viewing screen on my phone only shows a black screen
I am unable to watch live
My wifi is connected, have good speed test, my app is up to date,
I have tried resetting it by holding in button for 45 seconds till blue and white lights flash
