Product description The Smart Home Security Base Station from Honeywell offers an all-in-one security solution for your home. This dual-band Wi-Fi base station features smart home integration with compatible devices & services such as motion sensors, key fobs, Z-Wave lights, and IFTTT. Night vision and motion detection deliver round-the-clock surveillance captured in 1080p resolution video. Additionally, this device offers a 147° field of view to cover a wide area.
Two-way audio communication is possible thanks to a 5W omnidirectional speaker and a three-microphone array. A 90 dB alarm deters intruders. The Honeywell Home app for iOS and Android enables remote access and lets your receive notifications. This device is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. | Subject: Base Station Going off and won’t shut off | | Date: 15.03.2021 23:52:01 | Name: Libby Andujar | My husband came home and tripped the alarm on the base system because he wasn’t signed into the app and geofencing was on. (It didn’t register that he was home). The alarm on the base station has been going off now for about an hour and a half. Neither my husband nor I can access the app to dismiss the alarm. Called cust service but I was on hold for 55 min. Husband was on hold for 30 min before me. He opted to get a call back and never received one.
How can we get the alarm to stop sounding without access to the app? | | Post reply |
