Product description The CSG-50B offers two types of Color Bars, Multiple Black Burst output, Composite Sync, Reference Frame and a 1 kHz Audio Tone. - SMPTE Color Bar Generator
- Full-field or SMPTE (with "pluge") Color Bars can be selected via a front panel switch.
- Blackburst Generator
- The Black Burst generator creates a reference signal for many of todays video tape formats; this model provides multiple black burst outputs to reference the user's complete studio.
- Audio Tone
- Generates a crystal-controlled 1KHz, 0dB audio tone output.
- Automatic Switching
- A built-in Timer can automatically switch the video output from color bars to black and audio tone to silence after 30 or 60 seconds. This feature helps to simplify the production of tape leaders and striping with color bars and 1KHz tone followed by black and silence.
