Product description The Enterprise 4-Bay USB 3.0 RAID Enclosure from HornetTek features four 3.5" drive bays that can accommodate SATA I, II, or III drives with a max capacity of 3TB per drive. It's USB 3.0 compliant so you'll be able to transfer data at rates of up to 5 Gb/s, or 3 Gb/s via the eSATA connection. Furthermore, even though the Enterprise is a RAID enclosure, it only supports JBOD (just a bunch of disks) mode, so you'll have access to a larger storage capacity. To keep the drives cool and operational, it has a built-in fan with fan speed control to help dissipate heat. Additionally, energy saving features such as smart auto power, which turns off the device when the PC is off and turns it on when the PC is turned on, will help reduce energy consumption. - Fits up to four 3.5" SATA I, II, or III drives up to 3TB per drive
