Product description Designed for professionals in corporate or SMB environments who want a combination of innovation, security, and multimedia capabilities, the 15.6" ProBook 450 G3 Laptop from HP is a full-featured, thin, and light system that lets users remain productive whether in or out of the office. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5-6200U Dual-Core processor and 8GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM, allowing you to run multiple programs simultaneously and quickly access frequently used files and programs. When running more demanding programs or tasks, the processor can be boosted to achieve a speed of 2.8 GHz using Intel's Turbo Boost 2.0 technology, and the memory can also be upgraded to a maximum of 16GB.
The 15.6" anti-glare SVA display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 screen resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, LED-backlighting, 220 cd/m2 brightness, a 300:1 contrast ratio, a 60 Hz refresh rate, 142 ppi, and viewing angles of 45/45/25/35°. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 chipset delivers a sharp, clear picture, and you'll also be able to output video to an external display using the built-in HDMI and VGA outputs at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz.
For storage of your files, this system is equipped with a 500GB 5400 rpm SATA III 2.5" solid-state hybrid drive with an 8GB cache. If you want to add external storage, optical drives, memory card readers, printers, and more, the ProBook 450 G3 offers two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Gigabit Ethernet and 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi are built-in for wired and wireless networking, and Bluetooth 4.0 technology will also allow you to connect additional compatible peripherals wirelessly. There is also an SD/SDHC/SDXC card reader, a 720p webcam, dual-array microphones, and stereo speakers.
HP's ProBook 450 G3 includes a 45W AC adapter and a 4-cell / 44Wh lithium-ion battery that lasts for up to 9.25 hours before recharging is required. While the installed operating system is Windows 7 Pro (64-bit), a Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) license is included at no additional charge. Also included is Windows 7 Pro (64-bit) recovery media and protection is provided by a limited 1-year parts & labor warranty. General Features - Designed for Mobility

- The current memory configuration is one 8GB module, with an additional 260-pin SO-DIMM slot available for upgrades. With both slots in use, this system supports 16GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM, or 8GB per slot.

- Using the HDMI and VGA video outputs, users will be able to use their system with an external display. The HDMI port supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz and the VGA port supports resolutions up to 2048 x 1536 @ 60 Hz. The HDMI port also supports 7-channel audio.

- The HP ProBook 450 G3 has two USB 3.1 Gen 1Type-A ports, and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports that will allow you to connect peripherals such as hard drives, printers, and memory card readers. At 5 Gb/s, USB 3.1 Gen 1 transfers data up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0, which operates at 480 Mb/s. USB 3.1 Gen 1's high-speed transfer rate helps to significantly reduce data transfer times, meaning you spend less time waiting and more time focusing on the task at hand.

- This HP notebook can connect to a home or public wireless network via 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi. If you require a more reliable Internet connection, you can utilize the Gigabit Ethernet LAN jack. You can also connect wirelessly to peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and headsets via Bluetooth 4.0.
- Windows 7 Pro (64-Bit) + Windows 10 Pro (64-Bit) License
- This system is preinstalled with Windows 7 Professional software and also comes with a license and media for Windows 10 Pro software. You may only use one version of the Windows software at a time. Switching between versions will require you to uninstall one version and install the other version. You must back up all data (files, photos, etc.) before uninstalling and installing operating systems to avoid loss of your data.
