Protect your investment and upgrading the standard warranty on your select new or refurbished HP Photosmart, PSC All-in-One, or Deskjet Mobile Printer to a total of three years with next-business-day exchange. Coverage begins the day you bought the product, and this upgrade must be purchased within a year of that date. You'll also upgrade your service to a next-business-day exchange of product (improved from the standard 4-10 business days). The Extended warranty will entitle you to three years of parts and labor coverage with toll-free 24 x 7 technical support for quick problem assessment and repair with HP-trained service representatives, and even get added assistance with installation, configuration, setup, problems, and normal operation This warranty can be applied to Hewlett-packard Photosmart C8xxx, B8xxx, and B9xxx printers, Photosmart Pro 87xx printers, Photosmart C6xxx and C7xxx All-in-Ones, Deskjet 460xxx mobile printers. Conditions: - Coverage begins on product purchase date
- Coverage extends service to a total of three years
- Plan must be purchased within a year of purchase date
- Registration by Web, fax, or mail must be completed/returned within 15 days of receipt of HP Care Pack
- Hardware must be in original working condition; service plans do not cover preexisting damage
