Product description The 4-in-1 SFF 2.5" (6.35cm) Hard Disk Drive Carrier from HP allows installation of up to four 2.5" (6.35cm) devices such as hard disk drives or solid state drives, SATA and SAS with a maximum height of 0.59" (1.5cm). The carrier fits into a standard 5.25" (13.33cm) external device bay and supports 6 Gbps operation (SATA and SAS). - The carrier features four removable trays, designed to load and unload into the carrier tool-free.
- It also features two 1.57" (4cm) rear cooling fans to aid in thermal management.
- The device requires two 4-pin power connectors and provides four SATA signal headers (7-pin).
- It has two LED indicators at the front that are used to display power (green) and drive activity (amber).
- The carrier is compatible with HP Z620 and Z820 Workstations. However, it can also work with other workstations using the standard 5.25" (13.33cm) external device bay.
