Product description The StoreEver LTO-6 Ultrium 6250 SAS External Tape Drive from HP is designed for businesses to help protect their server data by providing backup, archive, and disaster recovery. Its AES 256-bit data hardware encryption protects sensitive data and prevents unauthorized access of tape cartridges. In addition to encryption, your data can also be compressed to maximize storage capacity. This tape drive is capable of data transfer rates up to 400 MB/sec, and HP's Data Rate Matching further optimizes performance by matching the host system speed to keep drives streaming, enabling faster tape performance. -
