Product description The Ibanez Artwood Vintage Series AVN9SPE is a parlor acoustic/electric guitar with a natural, high gloss finish. The instrument delivers a balanced acoustic sound and is well suited for solo performances or playing with an ensemble.
The body's top consists of thermo-aged solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are fashioned out of mahogany. A soft-V shaped mahogany neck offers a 25" scale, as well as an ovangkol fingerboard with 18 frets. The bridge is also made of ovangkol. Ibanez Advantage bridge pins secure the strings to the body.
For electronics, the guitar is equipped with a Fishman Sonicore pickup and an Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp, which has a 2-band EQ and an onboard tuner. A 1/4" output is on hand, as is a balanced XLR jack that obviates the need for a DI box when sending signal from the guitar to a PA system or mixer. - General Features
