Product description Styled in an open pore natural finish, the Ibanez Artwood Series AW5412CE is a 12-string, dreadnought acoustic/electric guitar with a solid mahogany top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck. The guitar's large, single-cutaway body delivers a powerful, expansive, and balanced acoustic sound. Unplugged or amplified, the instrument is well suited for solo performance or playing with a full band. The neck has been set into the body using a dovetail joint and features a 25.6" scale with a 20-fret ovangkol fingerboard. The bridge is also fashioned from ovangkol, and utilizes Ibanez Advantage bridge pins to secure all 12 strings. For electronics, the instrument offers a Fishman Sonicore pickup with an AEQ-SP2 preamp from Ibanez. In addition to its volume and tone controls, the preamp also comes with a built-in tuner. Use the standard 1/4" output to plug into any acoustic amplifier, or utilize the balanced XLR output to plug straight into the house PA without need for an external DI. - General Features
