Product description Styled in a natural low-gloss finish, the Ibanez BTB Premium series BTB1825E is a five-string electric bass guitar that utilizes many woods in its construction. It sports an ash wing body with a walnut top and back, while the nine-piece 35"-scale neck is crafted out of panga panga, purpleheart, and maple, with graphite reinforcement rods as well. The neck is joined to the body in the neck-through-body style, which bolsters sustain. Atop the neck sits a bound panga panga fingerboard with 24 medium stainless-steel frets and abalone off-set dot inlays.
For electronics, the instrument utilizes two Aguilar DCB pickups, which provide a dynamic, responsive sound, giving you a good resonance and facilitating sustain. An on-board Ibanez Custom Electronics EQ gives you a three-position midrange control, and the ability to boost or cut the lows, mids, or highs. A balancing knob, a volume knob, and an EQ bypass switch help you shape your timbre further. - 35" Scale
- The extra-long 35" scale offers tight, even tension with no flopping on the low end, and added sustain on the high strings. It also bolsters articulation.

- This bass features Aguilar DCB pickups, providing a dynamic and responsive attack, well-developed overtones, and singing sustain. Combined with the Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ, a bypass switch, and a 3-way mid-frequency switch, the BTB Premium offers many tonal possibilities.
- Electronics with Bypass Switch
- This 3-band system includes a switch to choose passive-only operation. When the EQ bypass is activated, the treble tone-control knob becomes the global tone control for the passive circuit.
- Mono-Rail V Bridge
- The Mono-rail V provides bass string isolation. Each bridge is independently and securely locked down to the body for maximum vibration transfer without interference.
- Gotoh Machine Heads
- The Gotoh machine heads offer stability.
- Neutrik Locking Output Jack
- This jack provides a stable and secure connection that doesn't allow for accidental disconnection.
