Product description The George Benson Signature Series GB10SE from Ibanez is a single-cutaway, hollow-body electric guitar made with a spruce top, maple back and sides, and a GB 3-piece maple set-in neck. Sporting acrylic and abalone block inlays, its bound ebony fingerboard features 22 medium frets with Artstar fret edge treatment, which provides tight response and smooth left-hand fingering. The body itself is both stylish and sonorous: styled in a brown sunburst gloss, it's capable of delivering tones well suited for playing jazz and blues.
An ebony bridge, GB10 tailpiece, and a half-bone/half-brass nut bring out the instrument's traditional hollow-body richness, while GB Special humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge positions offer a variety of warm, balanced, and articulate tones. There are separate volume and tone controls for each pickup, as well as a 3-way selector switch for choosing/blending between the two.
