Product description Styled in a weathered black, the Ibanez Meshuggah Signature Series M8M is an eight string electric guitar. It sports an alder wing body, as well as a five-piece maple/bubinga neck affixed to the instrument in the neck-through-body style.
Measuring 29.4" in scale to accommodate the tension of extra strings, this neck offers a rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets. Strings are attached to the body by means of an FX Edge III-8 fixed bridge. Your strap will be affixed to the instrument with all the security Schaller strap locks provide.
For electronics, the instrument offers you a single Lundgren Model M8 pickup designed specifically for this guitar. It's located in the bridge position, and it's engineered to give you a balanced, precise, and defined tone even at the lowest notes—and even at the highest gains. This instrument comes with a hardshell case. - M8M 5-Piece Maple/Bubinga Neck

- 29.4" extra-long scale neck with preset down tuning emits a tight sound all the way down to the lowest note.
