Product description Styled in a natural finish, the Ibanez Pat Metheny Signature Series PM200 is a hollow-body electric guitar with a maple top, back, and sides. Boasting a set-in mahogany neck, this hollow-body, single-cutaway guitar delivers a warm, resonant sound that is well suited for playing jazz.
The neck is fitted with a 22-fret bound ebony fingerboard which has acrylic and abalone block inlays and a bone nut. The strings are anchored by a Gotoh GE103B tune-o-matic style bridge for sustain and tuning stability, as well as a PM tailpiece. At the headstock, Gotoh SG510 machineheads offer precision tuning and a smooth feel.For electronics, the instrument is equipped with a single Silent 58 humbucking pickup in the neck, along with a volume and a tone knob. The pickup offers a smooth, complex, and nuanced tone that'll complement a variety of jazz arrangements. The controls feature Sure Grip III knobs, which are designed with precise, nonslip functionality in mind. This instrument is part of the Prestige series, is crafted in Japan, and ships with a hardshell case. - Silent 58 Pickup
