Product description Styled in an open pore natural finish, the PNB14E from Ibanez is a parlor-sized acoustic/electric bass with an African mahogany top, as well as African mahogany back and sides. The body delivers a balanced acoustic sound. Unplugged or amplified, the instrument is well suited for solo performance or playing with a full band. The use of mahogany lends a beautiful, woody timbre to the instrument, particularly resonant in the lows and highs.The mahogany neck offers an 18-fret laurel fingerboard. Other features include a laurel bridge, ivory body binding, and chrome die-cast tuners. For electronics, the bass is equipped with an Ibanez undersaddle pickup, as well as an Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with a 2-band EQ. - General Features
