Product description Styled in a cerulean blue burst flat finish, the Ibanez RGD Iron Label Series RGDIM6FM is an electric guitar with a layered body, sporting a flamed maple top, an ash middle, and a mahogany back. The guitar offers a sleek double-cutaway design that facilitates access to the upper registers of the instrument.
The axe's Nitro Wizard, three-piece maple/purpleheart neck measures 25.5 to 26.7". This multi-scale design accommodates the different hand positions guitarists naturally assume when moving around the neck, resulting in a more comfortable experience. Also, its ultimate 26.7" length improves the tone of typical metal down-tuning, ensuring a thicker, richer timbre than a shorter scale would. Its bound ebony fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets, as well as white off-set dot inlays that switch positions after the 12th fret; this makes for a striking, esoteric look.
For electronics, the guitar offers two active Fishman Fluence Modern humbucking pickups, one in the neck and the other in the bridge. A volume knob dictates the overall level, while a three-position pickup selector switches between different pickup configurations. Strings are affixed to the body by means of the fixed Mono-Rail bridge, which isolates each string's vibration and fosters a precise sound. - Nitro Wizard Neck

- The tight grain of Ebony provides a smooth and dense playing surface that produces a tight low-end with the quick response needed for metal.
- Multi-Scale Neck
- Equalized tension helps to create a more alive and open tone. But the design also improves player comfort. The multi-scale construction ergonomically coordinates with the way a player's hand angles as it moves up and down the neck, facilitating quick, comfortable playing action.
- Fixed Mono-Rail Bridge
- The Mono-Rail bridge delivers excellent string-to-string isolation, meaning that each string vibrates optimally without affecting by the others.
- Luminescent Side-Dot Inlays
- These luminescent side-dots make it easy for you to see where you are on the fingerboard while you play on dark stages.
