Product description The FLEX-FIT Quattro MB344SP 4-Bay 2.5" Drive Bracket from Icy Dock converts your desktop's 5.25" optical drive bay into a storage drive bay capable of holding up to four 2.5" SSDs or HDDs. The MB344SP supports drives up to 9.5mm in height and sports a tool-less design, which lets you quick install your drives. In addition, Icy Dock has equipped the MB344SP with an open-air frame design that helps keep spinning drives cool. - Drive Installation
- The Flex-Fit Quattro MB344SP accepts up to four 2.5" SATA HDDs or SSDs from 7mm to 9.5mm in drive height. It features a tool-less drive installation design and an advanced drive stabilizer system to simplify the drive installation process. All you need to do is insert the drive and push inwards until an audible "click" is heard to indicate that the drive is securely installed. The drive stabilizer will automatically conform to different drive height and adjust the drives in place while providing full access to the drive. Additionally, a drive eject button allows for quick hard drive swapping in a matter of seconds without removing the entire bracket from the chassis.
- Flexibility
- To install the Flex-Fit Quattro, you need to remove the desktop's 5.25" drive bay cover, insert the Flex-Fit Quattro into the 5.25" bay, and secure the bracket with four screws. In addition, the Flex-Fit Quattro MB344SP can be used as an external drive organizing rack. You can stack multiple brackets on top of each other to create a cost-effective storage tower.
- Open Frame Design
- An open-air frame design allows the drives to be cooled by your computer's internal fans. Along with a skeletal design, the Flex-Fit Quattro allows airflow in all the crucial areas of the drive which helps the drive's performance.
