Product description The ToughArmor 4-Bay 2.5" SATA Drive Cage from Icy Dock is designed to fit inside your desktop's 5.25" bay to provide your system with four hot-swap 2.5" storage drive bays. This design allows you to expand the computer's storage capacity with 2.5" internal SSDs and HDDs without opening up the computer case each time to install an internal drive. This cage accommodates drives that are 7mm to 15mm tall and have a SATA interface.
Icy Dock includes EZ-Slide Mini trays so you can quickly mount your drives to the backplane or replace a failed drive. To reduce the amount of cables, this cage powers your drives by utilizing a single 4-pin Molex cable. For cooling, two 40mm fans are on board, and a fan switch lets you turn them off when using SSDs. Furthermore, you may configure the drives in a RAID array to enhance the drive's read and write speeds as well as provide redundancy. - 3-Mode Fan Speed Control - adjust cooling settings (High, Low, or Off)
- Eagle-hook lock system keeps drives secured within the enclosure
- Removable EZ-Slide Mini tray system for easy maintenance
- Top cover for the tray adds drive protection
- Supports SATA 6 Gbps and hot swapping
- Status LED on the front for each drive
