Product description The iDEA VISION SpiderMount 220 System Kit is a lightweight, flexible articulating suction cup mounting system that features an active pump for secure mounting. It is well suited for mounting cameras, gimbals, and lights, or as a foundation for more complex rigs. It features a unique joint design that allows it to wrap around edges and corners and mount on all smooth surfaces including windows, cars, walls, and more.
The SpiderMount 220 features a footprint with a nominal diameter of just under 19", but it can adapt to working on the overhang of surfaces, such as when mounting two of the arms to the hood of a car while the third leg mounts on the side. A variety of threaded mounting holes runs along each arm, providing attachment points for accessories or safety lines. The included vacuum pump runs off 11 to 30 VDC, and can be powered by a car lighter adapter or a standard cine-style battery. - Locking levers permit the SpiderMount 220's arms to pivot and articulate when loosened, and then hold fast when the levers are tightened.
- Three suction cups carry a maximum payload up to 220 lb, depending on the application and configuration.
- The SpiderMount 220 can be mounted on smooth surfaces either horizontally, vertically, or over an edge.
- Threaded accessory mounting holes are integrated into each arm of the SpiderMount 220. These holes include 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, M8, and 16mm.
- The vacuum pump system can be powered from a variety of 11 to 30 VDC sources including a V-Mount battery or car lighter socket using the included cable. A D-Tap to 3-Pin XLR cable (not included) will allow you to use batteries/power sources with a D-Tap to power the pump.
- The kit includes a 100mm bowl, cheese plate, tilt plate, and a case with foam inlay that holds your SpiderMount 220 System Kit.
