Product description The IK Multimedia Linear Phase Equalizer Software (Download) is a precision equalizer designed to adjust the frequency response of a signal without altering the phase or adding unwanted coloration. The software includes six bands of parametric equalization that can be set to operate as high pass, low shelving, peaking, high shelving, or low pass filtering. Each band has an adjustable Q that can be set from broad and wide for more transparent equalization on full mixes to narrow and sharp for resolving problems such as resonance beaming or removing unwanted noise.
The user interface features a virtual VU meter, as well as virtual knobs for setting frequency bands, setting the Q of each band, and adjusting the output level. The left and right channels can be linked for stereo operation, and the equalizer can be put into either left-right (L/R) or mid-side (M/S) modes. A bypass switch allows you to A/B the effect of the processing on the signal, and a reset switch can be used to restore the original settings.
The plug-in is fully compatible with native 32- and 64-bit applications on both Mac OS X (Universal Binary) and Windows (XP/Vista/7/8) computers. It supports VST, RTAS, AAX, and Audio Units plug-in formats. It can also be used with the T-RackS CS standalone application (sold separately). Table of Contents
