Product description Available for download, the T-RackS Max from IK Multimedia is a plug-in collection featuring every processor available for sale within the T-RackS CS engine. It comprises 33 plug-ins in total, which have been designed for mixing and mastering applications. Included in the Deluxe Collection are the Vintage Tube Compressor/Limiter Model 670; Opto Compressor; Vintage Tube Program Equalizer; Brickwall Limiter; Linear Phase Equalizer; Classic T-RackS Compressor, Clipper, Multi-Band Limiter, and Equalizer; a full metering suite, mic-emulation room, and a suite of reverbs. The plug-ins can be configured in the order you need them in a processing chain. T-RackS supports AU, VST, RTAS, and AAX plug-in formats on Mac and Windows platforms. It also functions as a standalone program. - Vintage Tube Compressor/Limiter Model 670
- Based on the Fairchild 670. With a faithful reproduction of every control, this is a model that captures the nuance of a sought-after Fairchild unit. It was analyzed for months over every detail for accurate reproduction
- Opto Compressor
- Optical compression has a special sonic character that audiophiles can truly appreciate. This analog-modeled module faithfully recreates that particular (and extremely musical) "movement" that characterizes opto compressors. An important characteristic of optical compression is the absence of distortion and coloration during gain reduction, and you can expect the same character and performance from this digital recreation
- Vintage Tube Program Equalizer
- Based on what is known as a studio-favorite EQ, the Pultec EQP-1A. Accurate modeling of two real-world units, with sonic performance that is designed to be indistinguishable from the originals, thanks to IK's DSM and SCC technology
- Brickwall Limiter
- This multi-algorithm Brickwall Limiter can make your masters loud without squashing them to a lifeless sound (unless you want that). Selectable algorithms allow you to match the best limiting style for each program type
- Linear Phase Equalizer
- The T-RackS Linear Phase equalizer is a precision tool that allows for detailed, clean, and transparent tonal intervention on your audio material. The T-RackS Linear Phase EQ is comprised of six bands of fully parametric equalization. Each band can be configured to work as a high-pass, low-shelving, peaking, high-shelving, or low-pass EQ, thus making the module extremely flexible. This equalizer enables you to make EQ adjustments on the audio program that don't "feel" equalized; this keeps the audio sounding as natural as possible, as if it were never touched
- Classic T-RackS Compressor
- The T-RackS classic tube compressor emulates that classic, analog, vintage gear used in mastering applications. This will give you that warm sound typical of highly acclaimed hardware devices
- Classic T-RackS Clipper
- This clipping stage module is useful every time you need to cut out all the peaks that keep the average level of a signal too low. Peak clipping is often used in mastering because it tends to be more transparent than peak limiting
- Classic T-RackS Multi-Band Limiter
- This three-band peak limiter can make the mix even louder by reducing unwanted peaks. The peak-limiting action is performed separately on three bands (low, mid, high). As a result, you will have a very loud master without clipping. As with any of these processors, however, take care not to overuse it. Leaving the output knob set to 0 dB means that the limiter output signal can't go beyond -0.05 dBfs
- Classic T-RackS Equalizer
- The T-RackS Classic Equalizer consists of a high-quality, six-band parametric EQ, specially designed to achieve high-end performance in a mastering environment. Its flexibility allows you to perform broad EQing down to narrow and very precise interventions. It comprises:
- 4th-order, high-pass filter, from 16 Hz to 5.3 kHz
- Low-shelving-type filter, from 30 to 200 Hz
- Low-mid-peaking-type filter, from 33 Hz to 5.4 kHz, variable Q
- High-mid-peaking-type filter, from 200 Hz to 17.5 kHz, variable Q
- High-shelving-type filter, from 750 Hz to 8.5 kHz
- 4th-order, low-pass filter, from 200 Hz to 18 kHz
- Quad Comp
- Dynamically processes four independently controlled frequency bands with optical-modeled compression, adjustable ratio, and time constants
- Quad Lim
- This is the limiter version of Quad Comp, and it features a master brickwall limiter (post multi-band processing) that can be engaged to avoid overshoots. It features a compression ratio of infinity-to-1
- Quad Image
- Independently processes the width of the stereo image on four separate frequency bands
- De-Esser
- Enables up to three frequency bands of sibilant suppression and overly bright treble attenuation

- Tape Echo - vintage tape-delay emulation
- Mic Room - microphone modeling to "re-mike" your signal to emulate classic capsules
- CSR Plate Reverb - models electromechanical plate reverb
- CSR Hall Reverb - models concert-hall acoustics
- CSR Room Reverb - models small to medium acoustic spaces
- CSR Inverse Reverb - envelope-controlled reverse reverb
