Product description The 575W HMI Balloon Light with Ballast and Case from ikan is a unique light source that uses a 35" diameter balloon that is inflatable with the included mini air pump allowing for space-saving packing. Resembling a teched-out China ball, the Balloon Light is used in much the same way as a ball, employing its 360-degree coverage for fill light or to raise the ambient light level in a room. It's also great overhead on a boom to light round table discussions or provide lighting similar to that in a club or restaurant. The Balloon Light isn't limited to close quarters, though - the separately purchased 575W HMI lamp has the same light intensity as a traditional tungsten 2,000W fixture providing an illumination zone of up to 322 square feet. The light ships with a 100-240 VAC ballast that offers 50-100% dimming. A 19.7' head-to-ballast cable and a heavy-duty wheeled aluminum case are also included.
