Product description - Ikan Corp: Tech Corner - CV600 Digital LED Light Meter
Make sure you are setting up the right lights for the right job with the CV600 Chrome View Spectrometer from ikan. This portable device is optimized to measure both color and luminance from LED lights designed for film and video applications. It has a measurement range of 70-70,000 lux and can record wavelengths from 380-780nm. Users will have access to a variety of different measurement modes, including CCT, CRI, TLCI, LB, and more for color readings as well as EV, aperture, and shutter speed modes for exposure readings. Flicker detection up to 100 kHz/sec is available for checking the overall quality of your light which is especially important for video.
Operation is made simple and intuitive with a large 3.5" color touchscreen LCD. The CV600 also runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can run for about 5 hours on a single charge. For saving important data about your lights, the device can generate both JPG images and Excel documents which can be saved to an SD card. A USB 2.0 port is available for transfer of this data to your computer for more in depth analysis.
