Product description The Elements Blackmagic Cage from ikan is is a basic, rugged, camera cage designed to protect an available Blackmagic cinema camera, and provide a platform for accessorizing your camera. The cage's camera platform uses an Elements baseplate for the Blackmagic cinema camera, which is designed to accommodate the airflow needs of your camera. The baseplate includes a registration pin that prevents the camera from spinning during use, and the baseplate includes 15mm LWS rod clamps, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes.
Building onto baseplate, the cage features two sturdy risers that incorporate 1/4"-20, and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting holes. This allows you to attach available accessories, such as on-camera monitors, accessory arms, microphones, and even lights to the cage, without stressing/damaging your camera's body, while providing access to all of your camera's ports and the SSD. Four ikan style rosettes are mounted to the cage, providing additional attachment points for available compatible Elements accessories. The cage includes a pair of 15mm anodized aluminum rods and maintains the correct rod to lens center height for using available matte boxes, follow focus units, or other rod mounted accessories. - Wrap around cage, protects your camera, while allowing easy access to all of the camera's ports, as well as the SSD chamber.

- The baseplate is custom made to provide your camera with the necessary airflow, so it doesn't overheat in normal use and conditions.
- Baseplate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mounting holes.
- Multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 Accessory mounting points.
- Maintains correct rod to lens center height for proper operation of rod mounted lens accessories, such as a matte box, follow focus unit, or zoom motor.
