Product description The Elements Plus Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Kit from ikan is a starting-point rig for the Blackmagic Pocket Camera, featuring all the fundamental components for building up a complete shoulder rig. It includes a baseplate, half-cage, and top handle, and threaded 12" 15mm rods for adding on an optional shoulder pad, hand grips, matte box, and counterweight. It also includes a shorter, 8" 15mm rod and rod-mount 1/4"-20 stud adapter for attaching an EVF, monitor, or other device on top. The rig can be used tripod mounted whether with optional components attached or without. The design allows unobstructed access to the camera's controls, connectors, battery, and SD card slot.
The pair of 12" rods can be attached to the baseplate at 3 different height levels via the rod clamp supporting them. The baseplate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mount threads on the bottom. The half-cage offers 1/4"-20 mounting threads and leaves the right side of the camera open. The top handle is multi-functional, featuring a cold shoe and sideways 15mm rod port, and capable of being rotated 180° from front to back, and it's ridged for more comfortable handling. An 8" 15mm rod and rod-mount 1/4"-20 stud adapter are included for installation into the sideways 15mm rod port. - Key Features
