Product description The Remote Air 4 Dual Motor Wireless Lens Control Kit is in the PD Movie family of wireless lens controllers and motors. It includes a single wireless receiving motor one daisy-chainable wired motor, and it comes with two different handwheels: one for Wi-Fi with a 328' range, and the other for Bluetooth with a more modest 33' range. The system supports 20 channels, so you can find clean communication between controller and motor, even when using multiple motors in a FIZ (focus, iris, zoom) setup.
Included in this kit are a wireless receiver motor and a wired motor. Both motors feature a cine-style drive gear with 0.8 MOD and can drive either focus, iris, or zoom on a lens with cine-style gears. The wireless motor has a built-in wireless antenna and power port, while the wired motor is daisy chainable with the wireless motor, allowing you to control both motors with a single transmitter. The calibration procedure has been simplified and you can calibrate lenses with or without hardstops. Built-in OLED screens on the motor and handwheel provide clear information on the state of your system. The motor is designed and built in Germany - Fourth Generation
- The PD2-M series is the fourth generation of the PD Movie Remote Air. The motors have been redesigned inside and out for enhanced performance. The Remote Air 4 also comes with two controllers providing flexibility for working with different shooting scenarios
- Motor Improvements

- The Remote Air motor is 0.67" thick, down from the previous generation's 0.75"
- It also has twice the amount of torque of the previous motor
- The motor also has 8192 DPI (steps of resolution), which is significantly higher than the previous versions 1920 DPI, this provides the motor with increased accuracy
- The receiver motor's OLED screen has been moved to the side for easier viewing. It can display the signal channel, signal strength, and the controller's battery information
- Motor Power
- The new MOTOR AIR supports 7 to 20V input voltage, which means that the MOTOR AIR can now be used with a 7.2V power supply
- Bluetooth 4.0
- The controller adds the master and slave mode, brand new design for motor and perfect function
- Right- and Left-Hand Control
- The Remote Air 4 controller includes a function that allows the operator to change the orientation of the hand wheel at any time
- 2.4G Wireless
- The Remote Air 4 utilizes 2.4G wireless technology and full duplex signal transmission to transmit and receive data quickly. While movement is registered on the controller, the motor is simultaneously transmitting position data to accurately reflect movement and positioning in a fraction of a second. Anti-interference and error correction functions are in place to keep controllers and motors connected and communicating at a distance of up to 100m

- You can calibrate your lens manually or automatically, adjust the lens speed from slow to medium or fast, change the motor direction, cancel the calibration, and recover the calibration

- The Remote Air 4 controller has an integrated, high-capacity battery that can last up to 30 hours on a single charge
- Stereo Shooting
- The Remote Air 4 can control up to three motors by itself, but can also be adapted for 3D shooting by assigning multiple motors to the same channel
