Product description The Ikegami CopperHead G1 Camera Mountable ENG/SNG Transceiver simultaneously transports both digital (SDI or HD/SDI) / analog program video, plus 2-way camera control, audio, video, data, tally/call, and intercom signals between the camera and the base station. Transmitting all signals optically and digitally, the transceiver removes interference, grounding problems or drifting due to temperature variations from the video signal, thereby offering high-quality video.
With an optical range of 30dB with DFB (distributed feedback) option, the G1 transceiver can transmit broadcast quality video and audio. The transceiver supports battery mount options for Anton/Bauer, PAG, and V-mount and consumes less power for reliable operation. In addition, the transceiver can employ tactical fiber cable for powering the camera locally or SMPTE Hybrid Fiber cable delivering 150W power to the camera.
The CopperHead G1 Camera Mountable ENG/SNG Transceiver offers all-round connectivity. It is suitable for use in applications such as electronic news gathering, satellite news gathering, multi-camera flypack electronic field production, electronic cinematography, sports production, teleconferencing, inter/intra campus cameras, CATV local origination, telemedicine, and government video. In addition, the transceiver features battery backup in the base station unit. - Simultaneously transports both digital (SDI or HD/SDI) / analog (NTSC or PAL) program video, plus 2-way camera control, audio, video, data, tally/call, and intercom signals between camera and the base station
