Product description The Ikegami PAC-508 OD combines a high resolution camera, varifocal lens, outdoor camera housing, and wall bracket in a single package that is both stylish and easy to install. To speed installation, this package comes pre-assembled from the manufacturer, and is also pre-wired with 5' video and power cables. You'll also appreciate the way the cables can be threaded through the bracket via a 1/2" conduit connection for a secure and neat install.
These Ikegami 'PAC' series kits are available with either the ICD-508 or ICD-509 cameras. While both are called Day/Night cameras, only the ICD-509 is a true Day/Night camera with an IR cut filter mechanism, while the ICD-508 simply switches from color to B/W to enhance low light images. The ICD-509 also offers a higher resolution and a slightly better signal to noise ratio. Camera - High Sensitivity
- With its high sensitive 1/3" CCD along with ON-Chip Micro Lens and high performance signal processing, this camera delivers high sensitivity with a minimum illumination of 0.35 lux at F1.2.
- High Performance
- A Lower Smear level of -110dB, a low noise design and optimum detail compensation by DSP provide excellent 48dB S/N ratio as well as crisp and sharpness images. All these are in addition to its high resolution of over 520 TV lines.
- Auto White Balance
- Thanks to an Auto Tracking White Balance (ATW) function, appropriate correction can always be achieved to compensate for changes in the color temperature of the scene.
- AES and BLC
- An Automatic Electronic Shutter (AES) and a high quality Back Light Compensation (BLC) function further aid the camera in maintaining optimum image quality in a variety of lighting environments.
- LL and INT Lock
- The camera supports AC Line Lock and Crystal Internal Lock to ensure roll-free camera switching.
- Auto Iris Function
- An auto iris function auto adjusts the iris on the lens in response to changing light intensities.
