Product description The Image Line Maximus Mastering Maximizer Software (Electronic Download) is a compressor, limiter, noise gate, de-esser, ducker, and expander that can enhance the levels of your mix. The software features independent user-definable compressors for the low, mid, and high frequency bands as well as a compressor for the master wide-band of the entire signal.
Each compressor offers an infinitely variable multi-point user definable compression curve and a visual analysis with custom look ahead envelopes on the sound as it is being processed. You can create sharp knees, special effects such as gating, expansion, and peak limiting, or bypass any of the compressors altogether. Each band also offers two types of saturation with independent gain and independent stereo separation controls. By mixing the frequency band compressors with the master wide band compressor you can create parallel or New York-style compression to maximize the volume of your sound. Table of Contents
