Product description Sakura from Image-Line is a software instrument string modeler for Mac and Windows that runs either standalone or within your DAW software as a VST or AU plug-in. It allows you to simulate acoustic string tones and process them in various ways to create new and unusual instrument sounds. Sakura allows you to create instrument simulations with exaggerated or unconventional parameters and qualities. For example, you may wish to create a guitar with a 20 foot neck, or a piano that is played with a bow. Both of these are possible using Sakura's sound manipulation engine. Sakura allows you to shape your sound using a variety of stringed instrument attributes which include mechanical contact with the string (plucking, bowing), vibration, string interaction, resonance and acoustic space. - Control over a wide range of parameters such as damping, tension, positioning and string properties
- Simulate plucks, picks, scrapes, hammers, taps or fingers
- Strings can be mixed, panned and enveloped to simulate interactions
