Product description If you're looking for an accessory with all the benefits of a boom minus the weight and bulk, the Aluminum Mid-Range Boom Arm from Impact is your solution. The three-section boom collapses down to just 26", extends to 60", and weighs only 2.95 lb. It has a counterweight hook for the included empty 5 lb capacity sandbag that you can fill with the weighted material of your choice, allowing it to support a light or other gear weighing up to 5 lb at full extension. The included 5/8" spigot is conveniently removable and has both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 male threads, for multiple mounting options. The 5/8" industry standard receiver makes the boom compatible with a wide variety of light stands, while the heavy-duty pivot with ratcheting handle makes for easy tilting adjustments. - Sturdy and Compact
