Product description The Impact Wall Mounting Kit with Metal Chain for Roll Paper is a convenient way to support and rapidly swap out three seamless paper backgrounds up to 9' in length. The kit includes a pair of Triple Background Hooks and 3 Varidrives with metal chains to raise and lower the backgrounds. The included Triple Background Hooks are simply anchored 9' feet apart with screws. It is recommended that you anchor to a stud for each hook section. The three included Varidrives with Metal Chains each have two expandable core units and a flattened metal chain. One side of each of the drives has a large toothed gear to which the chain affixes to allow Venetian blind-like raising and lowering of the background paper roll. The other side of the drive provided tension control. - 3 x Impact Varidrive with Silver Metal Chain Part of the Varidrive system for easy raising and lowering of seamless paper, the Varidrive with Silver Metal Chain from Impact has adjustable inserts that tightly grip each side of the various sized seamless paper rolls. The Varidrive is then inserted into hooks like the IMME122, IMME123 or the three hook IMVPDH3W. With the exception of IMME122 which fits in a Super Clamp, the other hook sets are bolted onto the wall.You can load three rolls for example, onto the IMVPDH3W. Each roll requires a Varidrive kit. The Varidrive can handle seamless rolls measuring up to 12' wide and weighing up to 42 lb. To strengthen large coreless rolls and prevent bowing, Cross Poles (IMVPC5) are available.

When secured to your wall with the included mounting hardware, these hooks become a permanent installation to your studio. Your background paper can then be hung using either a simple optional cross bar or Impact's optional Varidrive units that come with expandable cores and chains. These hooks will hold 3 rolls of 9 feet x 12 yards of seamless paper.
