Product description This Power Grid & XLR Audio Box from IndiPRO Tools allows you to power Sony a7 Series, a6300, and a6500 cameras with two LP-E6 batteries for extended runtimes, as well as run two XLR audio channels directly to the camera. Only one battery is required to supply the necessary 7.2V to the camera, so you can hot-swap batteries without having to power the camera down, and you can keep shooting non-stop as long as you have spares. Batteries are sold separately.
The Power Grid features two LP-E6 battery plates, and connects to the camera via an NP-FW50 dummy battery at the end of an 18" cable. When you attach a battery to the battery plates, a blue LED lights up to confirm that power is being delivered to the camera. The Power Grid also has two 3-pin, XLR audio inputs, and a corresponding 3.5mm stereo mini jack at the end of another 18" cable. A built-in converter sends the two channels of XLR audio, such as from two XLR mics, directly to your camera.
A 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole is available on top and one on the bottom, allowing you to attach the Power Grid to your rig using any of various optional mounting options, such as a rod clamp. Attached on the back of your rig, the Power Grid can also be used as a counterweight. - Key Features
