Product description Designed specifically to integrate into your Sony PXW-FS7 camera, the IndiPro Tools V-Mount Battery Plate provides you with a way to power your camera and onboard accessories from a single V-Mount battery. The battery plate solidly attaches to your FS7, allowing you to mount optional large capacity V-Mount batteries on the back of the camera without significantly altering the balance. Built-in power ports support D-Tap as well as common DC voltage outputs.
Using this battery plate with optional V-Mount batteries allows you to power the camera and onboard accessories using only one battery, instead of using many smaller DV style batteries. This single battery powering solution preserves the handheld capabilities of your camera, as opposed to the effect of weight and balance shifts caused by multiple batteries. The plate passes your battery's power through to the D-Tap, providing separate regulated 5 VDC, 7.2 VDC, and 12 VDC outputs. It includes five cables so you can connect a device to each power output. - Provides secure battery attachment for optional V-Mount batteries without significantly altering the camera's footprint.
- Integrated on/off switch allows you to power down to conserve battery without removing the battery.
- Battery plate provides pass-through battery power to a D-Tap output, regulated 5 VDC, 7.2 VDC, and 12 VDC power outputs for powering an optional camera and accessories.
