Product description Plug your USB and HDMI video sources into the Inogeni CAM 300 4x1 HDMI/USB 2.0 Camera Switcher and achieve quick camera switching to both HDMI and USB outputs. Inputs 1 and 2 are USB 2.0 and they accept USB cameras that output MJPEG or H.264 video. Video from the USB ports is decoded and output via the HDMI and USB ports as uncompressed video. Inputs 3 and 4 are full-sized HDMI inputs that accept video up to 1080p30 in resolution. Embedded audio is routed to the both HDMI and USB outputs from the selected input (audio follows video). To control the I/O routing, use the simple front-panel controls, or connect a software/hardware control via RS-232 and Ethernet terminals. Two full-size USB 3.0 ports are built-in to the CAM 300 for connecting further USB accessories to your host system. Scenarios where this switcher would be useful include convention centers, presentation areas, meeting rooms, and more, where both HDMI display output and USB video capture are required simultaneously.
