Product description Provided by third party: The bottom receiver allows for users to reposition accessories that use a bottom receiver to another side of the cart. Systems such as their Camera Mount and Steadicam System come by default with a bottom receiver that is setup for the swivel wheel side. This accessory would allow individuals to reposition it to the fixed wheel side.
