  The Intel NUC6i7KYK Mini PC NUC Kit features an Intel Core i7-6770HQ processor and the capabilities you need to build a powerful portable system that you can take with you or fit neatly behind the monitor. The 2.6 GHz 6th-generation Intel Core i7-6770HQ processor comes armed with four cores for multitasking as well as offering speed bursts of up to 3.5 GHz while handling demanding apps. For memory capabilities, this NUC can support up to 32GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory modules as well as house two M.2 2242/80 SSDs that have a SATA- or PCIe-based interface. Moreover, it sports an integrated Intel Iris Pro Graphics 580 chipset so you can experience 4K visuals as well as smooth frame rates.

  • This NUC features a 2.6 GHz 6th-generation Skylake Intel Core i7-6770HQ processor, with 6MB of L3 cache. The Skylake processor uses less energy when compared to previous Intel processors. With Intel Turbo Boost Technology, the maximum clock rate this processor can achieve is 3.5 GHz. Having four cores also allows the NUC to run multiple programs at the same time without slowing down the system.
  Intel Iris Pro Graphics
  • The Intel Iris Pro Graphics chipset with 4K display capabilities allows you to edit photos and videos like a professional or immerse yourself in seamless 3D gameplay, all in 4K on three monitors at once. With Intel Iris Pro graphics, the NUC can quickly convert media files and provide fast frame rates.
  Wireless
  • The NUC6i7KYK comes with Intel 802.11ac wireless, so you can connect out-of-the-box to access files, movies, and music in the cloud. Furthermore, Bluetooth 4.2 is onboard, so you can connect wireless peripherals such as headsets and keyboards.

Additionally, this RAM is not buffered and does not support ECC technology.   Microsoft's Windows 10 Home Creators Update comes on a USB flash drive that contains the Windows 10 Home operating system along with the Creators Update, which optimizes the operating system with enhancements and delivers new 3D features as well as game streaming with Beam. Creators Update includes a Paint 3D app and lets you access an online creative community. The Paint 3D app can turn 2D images into 3D art pieces and grants you tools to create and modify 3D objects. For gaming enthusiasts, pressing the Windows + G key brings up the game bar where you can quickly launch the Beam feature that broadcasts your gameplay to your audience. Animation and sound trigger effects can be added to live gameplay streams. For Win32, UWP, and other Windows-based games, Game Mode has been enhanced to provide a better and more consistent gaming experience.   The web browser included with Windows 10 Home is Microsoft Edge, which lets you write or type notes directly on webpages and share them with others. You can save your favorite websites for offline access as well as read online articles free of distractions by displaying only what you want to see in a Reading view mode. With Cortana integrated in Microsoft Edge, you can highlight a word on a webpage and have Cortana run a search and display the results in a mini window. When you only want to use the display's touchscreen feature in tablet mode, Continuum changes the layout of the Windows 10 desktop screen and the apps go full screen, so you can easily use your fingers to perform actions and tap your selections. Additionally, it is designed to connect all your Windows 10 devices together with universal apps. These apps provide the same features whether you are working on a desktop computer in the office or finishing the task using a Windows 10-compatible smartphone while commuting back home.
  
  Microsoft has redesigned the Settings menu within Windows 10 Home to make it easier for you to customize your system's settings, such as Devices, Network & Internet, Accounts, and more. On the bottom-right of the taskbar, you get an action center icon that expands to display your important notifications from your apps and Windows 10 Home. You also have quick access to frequently used settings and apps, so you can turn on your computer's Bluetooth or adjust the screen's brightness level without having to go through the entire menu.
  
  Another feature of Windows 10 Home is the ability to neatly snap up to four applications side by side so you can clearly view the content.   • Windows Ink lets you draw on pictures and videos in the Photos app to make them your own.   Groove

  Night Light
  • You can now lower the amount of blue light emitted from your PC at night with Night light.
  Support
  • The Creators Update enables immersive experiences that blur the lines between the physical and digital worlds. It enables developers to create exciting Windows Mixed Reality apps and experiences with Windows Mixed Reality dev kits.
  Security
  • The Windows Defender Security Center offers a single dashboard display, so you can control your security options from one place—everything from anti-virus, network, and firewall protection; to assessing your device performance and health; to security controls for your apps and browser; and to family safety options. For enterprise customers using the Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) service, the centralized portal first delivered in the Anniversary Update called the Windows Security Center will link to Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, via the Microsoft Intelligent Security Graph, to allow IT administrators to easily follow an attack across endpoints and email in a seamless and integrated way.
  Dynamic Lock
  • Windows Hello can use any paired iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone to detect when you step away from your PC or tablet, automatically locking it behind you for an extra measure of security and privacy. This feature works with smartphones, fitness bands, or any device that's paired to your PC or tablet.
  Windows Defender ATP
  • New actions and insights have been added in Windows Defender ATP to investigate and respond to network attacks, including sensors in memory, enriched intelligence, and new remediation actions.

  Start Menu
  • After its hiatus in Windows 8, the Start Menu has returned. Utilizing a combination of the traditional menu system and Windows 8's Live Tiles, the improved Start Menu gives you more information at a glance, showing notification information alongside your applications and other pinned items.
  Cortana
  • Microsoft's digital personal assistant, Cortana can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Using her Notebook, Cortana keeps track of your needs and wants, and she learns over time to improve her information gathering skills.
  Microsoft Edge
  • After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With Microsoft Edge, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser.
  Windows Store
  • For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically.
  Windows Continuum
  • Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it's not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well.
