Product description The downloadable Intel Retail Client Manager 2.0 Advance from Intelligent-media is a digital software Content Management System that delivers digital content across media signage devices such as digital posters, interactive kiosks, menu boards, dynamic shelf labels, intelligent vending machines, point-of-sale devices, and more. Intel RCM can increase the sales of your products by immersing your customers with a wide array of marketing content in real time that can include HD videos, audios, images, flash or HTML5 animations, TV broadcasts, and more. Intel RCM also provides audit trails and administration support.
Intel RCM 2.0 brings features that can provide valuable insights in how your media campaign is doing. With Audience Analytics and Content Reports, you can see how long a consumer views your marketing material to determine its effectiveness. For example, if one sign is getting more views over another, the retailer may consider moving the second sign to a busier location. Audience Analytics connects campaign data with anonymous viewer analytic data, giving you the information you need to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize messages to create more effective and more personalized customer interactions. Using the Content Reports feature, you can easily compare two data sets without needing to perform manual comparisons with a spreadsheet program. Data is usually available 30 minutes after ad launch and can be view using a web browser. These features can provide information such as number of views, viewer demographics, dwell times, time periods, and more.
Intel has added advanced management capabilities into Intel RCM that enables you to control your browser-based devices from one location with the Remote Control feature. Using an Intel based tablet, ultrabook, or laptop, this feature lets you diagnose, fix, and maintain a digital signage infrastructure using a web browser. You can see the status of any sign and watch in real time what is playing on up to six signs at once. In addition, you can see the Operating System and the Intel Active Management Technology version. You can control Intel ATM and non-AMT devices from a single interface.
