Product description The power conscious 8-Port Gigabit Web-Smart Switch from Intellinet features Green Ethernet technology designed to conserve power on all of the eight network ports and also supports the 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet standard. In addition to power conservation, the Gigabit Ethernet ports found on this switch support auto-sensing capabilities to ensure users receive optimal network speeds. Once installed, the switch offers enhanced performance thanks to the 8,192 entry MAC address table, 256 kB memory buffer, and 16 Gbps backplane speed. Additionally, this Intellinet switch comes equipped with dedicated power, link/activity, and loop detection LED indicators making it easy to see the status of each network connection. - 10/100/1000 auto-sensing ports automatically detect optimal network speeds
- Green Ethernet power-saving technology deactivates unused ports and adjusts power levels based on the cable length
- All RJ-45 ports with Auto-MDIX (auto uplink) support
- Supports Trunking, VLAN and QoS
- Bandwidth control for all ports with 6 levels
- Supports 802.3x flow control for full duplex mode and collision-based backpressure for half duplex mode
- IGMP snooping reduces multicasting traffic on the network
- Broadcast and multicast storm control
- Loop detection and prevention
- Supports jumbo frames up to 9 kBytes
- Supports MAC address auto-learning and auto-aging
- Supports NWay auto-negotiation
