Product description Intuit's QuickBooks Point of Sale EMV Hardware Bundle provides you with the equipment needed to turn a PC, running QuickBooks POS 12.0 software, into a complete retail management system. This package includes an EMV ready card reader that can accept credit and debit cards outfitted with EMV chip technology. To quickly process the customer's selection of goods or services, a wired handheld bar code scanner is provided. With a cash drawer, you can offer customers another form of payment. Once the process has been completed, the customer will receive a copy of the transaction, a duplicate credit card slip, and a gift receipt from a receipt printer, which comes with a single roll of paper.
The EMV card reader allows your customers to retain their card when processing an order and features a keypad for handling a Pin debit card transaction, which saves you money on operating costs. In addition to requiring QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop 12.0 software, you would need to have an active QuickBooks Payments account to set up the EMV card reader. - EMV Ready Pin Pad Credit/Debit Card Reader
