Product description Multi-Monitors: Maximizing Multitasking Read More Share two DVI monitors with a single keyboard and mouse between two computers using the 2-Port Dual View Dual-Link DVI KVMP Switch from IOGEAR. This switch combines IOGEAR's DuraSync with the widescreen graphics resolution of displays 30" and larger, supporting two Dual-Link DVI monitors at resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 and 3D graphics. This switch is well-suited for applications where high resolutions, 3D graphics, and large or widescreen dual-display monitors are necessary, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), desktop publishing, graphic design, and video editing, medical, surgical, and diagnostic imaging, and high-end gaming.
By combining two of these switches, users can assemble a Quad View console with one keyboard, one mouse, two computers, and four displays. Switch between and access each system from a push button on the front panel, a keyboard hotkey, or the clickwheel on your 3-button mouse. If you need to share USB devices, there are two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, and a powered hub may also be connected to one of these ports for increased connectivity and functionality. Included is a power adapter, and protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
