Product description Multi-Monitors: Maximizing Multitasking Read More rdrxuwbrybatsfercqcv The 4 Port DualView Mini DisplayPort KVMP Switch with Peripheral Sharing from Iogear allows you to access four computers from a single USB keyboard, USB mouse and dual view mini DisplayPort console monitors. It provides you a combination of 4 port Mini DisplayPort dual view switch and a 2 port USB 2.0 hub. The built-in USB 2.0 hub enables each computer to access connected peripherals on a one-computer-at-a-time basis. The switch's independent switching feature allows the KVM focus on one computer while the USB peripheral focus on another. This eliminates the need to purchase a separate USB hub as well as a separate stand-alone peripheral sharing switch. The 4 Port KVMP Switch further improves on previous KVM designs with the latest mini DisplayPort and mini TOSLINK connectors. It provides the capability of digital audio and video to the computers with ultra high resolution of up to 3840 x 2400 or a 3D display with 1920 x 1080 resolution @ 120 Hz. It also provides vivid picture quality as well as surround sound SPDIF connection. Additionally, the switch is designed with the same size as the new Mac Mini, so you can stack four Mac Minis directly on top of this switch thus saving desk space. - The 4 Port KVMP Switch allows you to share two DualView mini DisplayPort monitors, a keyboard, mouse and speakers between four mini DisplayPort computers with dual monitor support.
- The switch provides single link video resolutions of up to 1920 x 1200 and dual link video resolutions of up to 2560 x 1600. It supports special monitors with resolutions of up to 3840 x 2400.
- The 4 Port KVMP Switch features two USB 2.0 ports for peripheral sharing.
- The switch provides digital and analog audio support. It features a mini TOSLINK connector for high definition digital audio signals and 0.14" (3.5mm) audio jack to support 2.1 stereo with full bass response.
- It also features one front USB port for charging smartphones and tablets.
- The DynaSync technology reads and remembers the monitor's parameters (EDID) without causing a delay or change of video resolution when switching between or booting computers*. 1
