Product description Designed with a braided nylon-fiber sleeve, anodized aluminum connectors, and a length of 6.5', the Charge & Sync Flip Pro USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-A Cable from IOGEAR will allow users to connect USB Type-C devices, such as external storage, docking stations, battery packs, and more to their compatible USB Type-A system. USB 2.0 provides a maximum data transfer rate of 480 Mb/s through its reversible USB Type-C and Type-A connectors, meaning that each connector can be inserted whether oriented right-side up or flipped upside down. In addition to connecting USB Type-C devices to compatible Type-A systems, this cable is also able to charge compatible devices and supports device charging up to 5V / 2.4A.
This cable can also be used to connect USB Type-A devices to your USB Type-C system, such as the Chromebook Pixel or 2015 Apple MacBook, provided your device's connectivity is USB Type-A Female. If not, then a USB Type-A Female to Type-A Female adapter is required. This cable is protected by a limited 1-year warranty. General Features - Connect USB Type-C devices to USB Type-A systems
