Product description The Compact SD 4.0 Card Reader from IOGEAR is equipped with dual card slots, one of which supports UHS-II SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards, while the other supports UHS-I microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC cards. It connects to your host system using a USB 3.0 Type-A interface but includes a USB Type-A to Type-C cable that allows it to be used with a wider range of devices, including ones that support Thunderbolt 3. Aside from SD and microSD media, this card reader also supports miniSD, RS-MMC, MMCmobile, MMCplus, and MMCmicro cards. IOGEAR designed this card reader to use bus power and plug-and-play technology, meaning that no external power or additional drivers are required for use with your Windows, Mac, or Chrome system.
