Product description The Iogear GVE200 DVI-D Over CAT5e/6 Cable Extender System uses one inexpensive and common CAT5e (or CAT6) network cable to connect the signal sender and receiver over extended distances. Using this system allows for use of DVI components over a longer range than usually possible with DVI cables. This system will carry a 1080i signal over a range of 100'. Both the sender and receiver are self-powered in-line, and don't require any external power supplies. They are compact, lightweight, and use a durable shell to house the hardware. - Supported distance and resolution are subject to quality of cables and devices
