Product description The HVER PRO Backlit Mechanical Keyboard from IOGEAR is built with Red mechanical switches, which are more durable than standard rubber-dome ones and provide you with a unique typing experience. Moreover, it features customizable RGB lighting and effects. For gaming, this keyboard is built with anti-ghosting and N-key rollover to ensure your commands are precisely and accurately recognized, regardless of how complicated or how many keys you need, as well as macro support. Once it's plugged into your system via a USB Type-A port, download and install the Kaliber Gaming software to customize its colors, lighting effects, macros, and more. - Red Mechanical Keys
- Mechanical keyboards utilize a different type of key switch technology for a more durable and unique typing experience. The Red switch has an actuation force of 45 g and features a linear travel with no tactile bump. This can be beneficial for users who don't need the tactility of other switches. Additionally, with close actuation and release points, Red switches allow for easier double-tapping. Unlike Blue switches, these do not have an audible "click" mechanism, allowing for a quieter operation. Noise generated from this keyboard will be from the key either springing back into place or "bottoming out" – making contact with the back plate after a particularly hard press.
