Product description The met(AL) Vault Dock USB 3.0 Docking Station with HDD Enclosure from IOGEAR is a universal docking station with a drive enclosure that turns your laptop or tablet into a full-featured workstation. The docking station sits vertically into the drive enclosure docking base, giving you easy access to all the ports. Use the met(AL) Vault Dock to connect, charge, and sync additional peripherals including smart phones, tablets, cameras, and so on.It houses four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two USB fast charge ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, audio in & out jacks, and supports dual monitors via its HDMI and DVI ports. Additionally, there is room for a 2.5" HDD or SSD within the docking base, and with USB 3.0, you can transfer data at rates of up to 5 Gbps. Connect the dock to your computer via the USB 3.0 Type-B port with the included USB cable and you're good to go. -
